What to Expect
During our first conversation, we’ll get to know each other and schedule an in-depth 90-minute consultation.
The formal consult consists of a detailed history with attention to physical, emotional, and mental health, and a review of health goals. Labs may be requested. Personalized integrative medicine recommendations provided.
I accept most major health insurances. If I am not a paneled provider with your insurance, cash pricing is available.
Process

Schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation.
During our initial conversation, we will schedule a 90-minute formal consultation.

During the formal consultation, I will review your health history and lifestyle habits and any recent blood work or diagnostic testing. I may request additional blood work for review and recommend a follow-up appointment.

At the follow-up appointment, I will review any requested testing and make additional integrative medicine recommendations. If medication is prescribed, we will set up a follow-up appointment to review progress and change dosing of medication as appropriate.
